Home Bass House Rules
General Guidelines
Welcome to Home Bass! Since this is a community-kept space, we ask
that you follow these guidelines.
-
Move from a place of trust, consent, and respect
-
Leave the space better than you found it:
-
Dust mop, vacuum, broom, and spray mop can all be found in or
next to the bathroom
- If you use any dishes or silverware, wash them
- Wipe surfaces after eating or drinking
-
Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen — help yourself!
Dance Floor Care
The dance floor is the heart of Home Bass! Please take care to clean
and preserve the floor for many more parties, sessions, and
gatherings to come.
-
No high heels on the dance floor, unless they're dance shoes —
they scratch the wood
-
Since some dancers prefer to dance barefoot, please keep the floor
clean. Either remove your shoes or thoroughly wipe them down
Kitchen Etiquette
The kitchen is shared — let's keep it welcoming for everyone.
- If you use something, please wash it
- Wipe down surfaces after use
- If the drying rack is full, please unload it
-
If you have a lot of dirty dishes, you're welcome to use the
dishwasher! Detergent can be found under the sink
-
Extra hand soap can be found under the bathroom sink — please
refill it if you notice it's empty
-
If the trash and/or recycling bins are full, please take them out
-
Dumpsters are on the ground floor: through the door to the
left of the elevator, then turn left past the cars
